Spanning approximately 800 square meters, the project transformed an abandoned heavy-vehicle garage into a fully equipped creative hub—a dynamic space tailored for photography, filmmaking, advertising production, and digital media creation.
The core design concept of this Professional Content Production Studio was rooted in preserving the industrial identity of the existing structure while merging it with contemporary architecture, authentic Persian spatial qualities, and the warm atmospheric character of Moroccan design. The result is a distinctive hybrid environment where raw industrial materials, cinematic lighting, and modern architectural details coexist in harmony.
Designing a Professional Content Production Studio through Adaptive Reuse
At the heart of the project lies the adaptive reuse of a neglected industrial structure.
